The Gallery on Garrison presents: DON’T BLINK – the art musings of JK Burchett and David Gomez

Come and enjoy a fun evening out with art and wine as we showcase the artworks of two diverse artists JK Burchett and David Gomez.

Self-proclaimed “Pop Artist”, JK Burchett specializes in large portraits that are bright and colorful. Originally from Dallas we are grateful that he now resides in Fort Smith and his artwork and influence can be seen throughout the city. Finally, you will have a chance to meet the artist and own one of his works that you have probably seen but didn’t know it.

David is a Mexican-born American artist working from his studio in Rogers, Arkansas. He paints with a broad range of mediums such as oils, acrylics and spray paint. Most of his work is symbolic abstract and digitesse impressionism. His goal is to “say something beautiful, while also saying it beautifully.” Get an up-close look at his work to appreciate the mathematical and scientific concepts throughout and you too can own a piece of heart.

We are excited to bring these two talented individuals whose unique styles strike just the right balance between art and statement, speaking a message that uses colors, shapes, and shadow to convey.
